Jaguar 4.2S XKR Supercharged Convertible White Badge
This rare white badge convertible was the 45th last built before production
ended in May 2005.
I am the 3rd owner of this beauty which I bought in 2011 and have lavished
time and money in keeping her in fantastic condition.
The 4.2S is was the highest specification X100 XKR produced with performance
to match at 400 BHP and 0-60 in 5.3 seconds.
She was registered June 2006 and is finished in midnight black with warm
charcoal Recaro leather seats with rare carbon fibre dash and veneers. This
model has polished door treadplates with chequered flag emblems, white
chequered flag Jaguar Growler badge on the bonnet, and darkened rear light
clusters, mesh grille and polished aluminium pedal set.
The 4.2-S has has electrically adjustable and heated Recaro seats, heated
front windscreen with auto rain sensor wipers, power folding mirrors,
premium Alpine Sound System, power wash headlamps and adaptive cruise
control. All in working order with no warning lights.
I have replaced the outdated original satnav with a modern WiFi updatable
Garmin touch screen unit with reversing camera, but importantly fitted into
the original dash without alteration. The Original head unit and FM/AM radio
are fully functioning. The 6 CD charger is also functional but disconnected.
The original BBS 20" Sepang split rim alloy wheels have been refurbished by
specialist Jaguar Wheel Trims. She has Brembo Performance R calipers with
cross drilled discs. There is a full sized alloy spare wheel.
I have fitted a pressure relief valve from Jag Repair designed to reduce
the roof hydraulic pressure from 1600psi to 1000psi and avoid the "green
shower" from hose seal failure, and a costly interior refit.
Full Jaguar and specialist service history including gearbox oil change.
Car is rust free and has been professionally treated with dinitrol rust
protection and Ceramic coating. The bonnet was professionally re sprayed in
2023 and fitted with Michelin Pilots less than 12 months old.
The car is completely original with the only changes being the upgrade to
the original satnav, an under-axle SS quad tailpipe exhaust from Elite Jags
to enhance the V8 rumble and the roof hydraulic relief valve.
Sold with original keys(2) manuals and X100 plate and a rare Jaguar hardback
brochure published to celebrate the last of the line.
Mileage 77000. Serviced June 2024 and MOT to June 2026 with no advisories.
